| 以百度学术为数据库,基于Visual Basic for Applications(VBA)开发出一种免费、简易的参考文献辅助比对方法。该方法通过VBA中的起止模块、变量、主体比对代码和辅助代码实施定位参考文献、提取文献题名、检索、获取参考文献著录格式、显示比对参考文献、逐条遍历参考文献等6个步骤,最终可一键实现参考文献比对,以期提高文末参考文献著录格式规范化,提升校对效率。 |

| Taking Baidu Scholar as a database, we developed an auxiliary method for checking and proofreading of bibliographic references based on VBA. Start and stop module, variables, main proofreading codes and auxiliary codes of VBA are combined to accomplish the goal of one-key comparation of references by six steps:reference positioning, title extracting, retrieving, obtaining reference format, displaying comparison reference and traversing one by one. The method, which is free, simple and easy to use, is available for realizing the standardization of references format and improving the checking and proofreading efficiency. |
