| 党和政府有关部门发布的《关于深化改革 培育世界一流科技期刊的意见》为当前及今后相当长一段时期内科技期刊的发展指明了方向,树立了目标,提供了遵循原则；但是目前在人才及科研评价机制、编辑人才队伍建设、期刊管理团队建设等方面还存在着与培育世界一流科技期刊不相适应的问题。文章认为,要培育世界一流科技期刊,需要先解决好几个基础问题——彻底打破“唯SCI论”,培育专业化的编辑人才队伍,建立专业化的管理团队。 |

| Revelant departments of the Party and the fovernment have issued the “Opinions on Deepening Reform and Cultivating World-leading Scientific Journals”,“Opinions” has pointed out the direction, set goals and provided follow-up for the development of scientific journal at present and for quite a long period in the future. However, there are still some problems that are not suitable for cultivating world-leading fcientific journal in China, such as the evaluation mechanism of talents and scientific research, the construction of editorial personnel and the construction of journal management team. This paper points out that several basic problems need to be solved first in order to cultivate world-leading scientific journals:thoroughly break the “SCI fever”, cultivate professional editors and establish professional management team. |
