| It is recognized that “Dao Gao Yao Huang Shi Shu”, “Kao Shu Gen Fa” and “Kao Zheng Lu Lü Shuo” are the earliest natural science papers in the fields of Chinese traditional medicine, mathematics and acoustics. These papers and periodical carriers led the trend of modern science in China, and played an important exemplary role in the formation of the genre of scientific papers, the formation of the original features of periodicals, the marking of periodicals as the preferred publication medium for achievements, and the brewing of academic exchange atmosphere. They also demonstrated the cultural confidence of Chinese science and Chinese scientific periodicals in taking root in the mainland and moving towards the world. |
