| 在对学术期刊常规编辑出版流程进行总结归纳的基础上,运用流程再造的思想对编辑出版流程进行了冗余设计及裁剪,给出了详细的设计说明,并根据工作实践进行了审校流程及勘误设计,为提高审校效率和质量提供了有效手段。此外,还在使用和研究投稿软件支持系统的过程中,进行了功能定制、流程控制等适应性改进,使软件系统能够更好地满足工作实际的需要。 |

| On the basis of summarizing the routine editing and publishing process of academic journals, this paper uses the idea of process reengineering to redundantly design and tailor the editing and publishing process, gives detailed design instructions, and carries out the checking process and correcting design according to the working practice, which provides effective methods for improving the efficiency and quality of the checking and publishing process. In addition, in the process of in-depth use and research of submission software support system, we made adaptive improvements such as function customization and process control, so that the software system can better meet the actual needs of the work. |
