| 组建青年编委会是提高科技期刊工作效率、提升期刊发展活力的有效途径。《放射学实践》杂志2018年组建了首届青年编委会,近2年来,青年编委在审稿、约稿组稿、期刊宣传等方面发挥了重要作用,大大提升了杂志活力。文章对该刊遴选及管理青年编委的过程、方法和经验进行总结、分析,旨在为科技期刊组建和管理青年编委会提供相关参考。 |

| Forming a youth editorial committee is an effective way to improve the efficiency of scientificjournals, and thus enhance the vitality of magazine development. “Radiology Practice” established the first young editorial committee in 2018. For more than one year, the young editorial committee has play important role in reviewing manuscripts and inviting papers, journal publicity. This paper summarizes and analyzes the process, methods and experience of selecting and managing the young editorial board of this journal, aims to provide relevant reference for the establishment and management of the young editorial committee of scientific journals. |
