| 期刊的竞争实质上是编辑素质的竞争，编辑素质是科技期刊建设发展中至关重要的影响因素。微信公众号是目前科技期刊发展最为迅速的新媒体平台，与传统科技期刊相比，新媒体编辑人员的工作范畴和思维模式均发生了根本性转变。作者对科技期刊微信公众号编辑应具备的四大意识进行了探析，认为公众号编辑需要具备数据意识、创新意识、新技术意识、品牌意识等职业素养，从而有效推动科技期刊的媒体融合发展进程，进一步提升科技期刊的影响力和传播力。 |

| The competition of journals is essentially the competition of editors' quality.Editors' quality is a crucial factor in the construction and development of scientific journals.WeChat official account is the fastest developing new media platform for scientific journals at present.Compared with the traditional scientific journals ,the work scope and thinking mode of new media editors have changed fundamentally.The author makes an analysis of the four major consciousness of the scientific journal WeChat official account editors, and believes that the official account editors should possess such professional qualities as data consciousness, innovation consciousness, new technology consciousness and brand consciousness, so as to effectively promote the development process of the media integration of scientific journals, and further enhance the influence and dissemination of scientific journals. |
