| 撰写编辑学论文,是科技期刊青年编辑业务能力提升和个人发展的需要,也是加速个人成长的有效途径。确定选题是撰写论文的必要条件,在凸显编辑主体主观能动性的基础上,从内在和外在因素2个维度对如何发现选题进行探讨,帮助青年编辑尽快打开论文写作通道。其中:内在因素包括困惑破解、经验积累、自我学习、情怀表达等,这是开展研究的“源头活水”,青年编辑据此可以较容易地觅到选题；外在因素则包括新闻热点关注、与同行交流、向前辈学习等,借助这些“他山之石”,青年编辑可拓宽选题思路,对感兴趣的编辑学研究专题进行深耕细作。 |

| Writing editorial papers is not only a need for improving young editors’ professional ability and personal development, but also an effective way to accelerate personal growth. Determining the topic is the first condition for writing a paper. On the basis of highlighting the subjective initiative of young editors, this paper explores the topic selection from the perspective of internal and external factors, which can help young editors to open up the channel of writing editing papers as soon as possible. Among them, the internal factors include puzzlement solving, experience accumulation, self-learning, emotion expression and so on, which are the “source of lively water” for topic selection; Young editors can easily find topics based on these factors. The external factors include browsing news hotspots, communicating with colleagues, learning from the older generation, etc. With the help of these “Outside the box ”, young editors can help them to compile of the collection of the research ideas, and carry on the deep and careful cultivation to the related research. |
