| 本文旨在探讨医学科技期刊组织多中心临床研究的可行性及效果。以《中华耳鼻咽喉头颈外科杂志》组织的“全国突发性聋多中心临床研究”为例,介绍其实施步骤和实施效果,并分析医学科技期刊组织多中心临床研究的优势、可行性以及劣势和应对策略。由于医学期刊具有把握科研方向、掌握专家资源、拥有写作经验、具有中立立场等优势,因此医学期刊组织多中心临床研究可行,对提升期刊影响力具有重要作用。 |

| The purpose of this article was to investigate the feasibility and effect of multicenter clinical research organized by medical academic journals. The feasibility, dominant position, inferior position and solutions of multicenter clinical research organized by medical academic journals were analyzed in this study. The “prospective clinical multi-center study on the treatment of sudden deafness in China” was used for example. In this example the methods of organization and its effect was introduced. Because the medical academic journals have the advantages of grasping the direction of scientific research, possessing expert resources and writing experience, standing in neutral position, so it is feasible to organize multicenter clinical research by medical academic journals. It might improve the impact of a medical academic journals. |
