| 建设世界一流科技期刊已经成为我国期刊界的奋斗目标和研究重点,以优秀地质学期刊办刊实践为例,探讨提高科技期刊学术质量和影响力的举措和途径,包括倡导出版单位+专家办刊的模式,充分发挥科学家在办刊中的重要作用,依托高层次学术活动获取优质稿源,开展多个单位强强联合办刊,积极挖掘优质办刊资源,高薪聘请高水平主编,任用对期刊充满“强刊梦”情怀的优秀办刊人等,以期为其他学科期刊的办刊同行提供借鉴和参考。 |

| Constructing world-leading scientific journals has become the goal of China’s academic journals. Taking the practice of excellent geoscience journals as examples, this paper analyzes and discusses the measures and ways to improve the academic quality and influence of scientific journals, such as advocating the mode of publishing institutions with experts, giving full play to the important role of scientists in quality control of journals, obtaining excellent manuscripts through high-level academic activities, carrying out joint cooperation of multiple top-level units, actively taping high-quality journal resources, hiring outstanding editors-in-chief with high salary, and appointing excellent editors who are full of feelings of “strong journal dream”. These experiences can provide some reference for the running and management of academic journals. |
