| 鉴于合著来稿署名作者在实验和论文撰写过程中的贡献及角色比较复杂,为提升稿件退修质量和效率,建议科技期刊编辑依据署名作者的实际贡献,结合论文中问题,与多位作者交流沟通,再进行汇总退修。1)明确交流对象,制作交流方案；2)与相应作者交流沟通,与实验执行人交流论文中有关材料、方法及原始数据的问题,与实验指导人沟通解决数据分析及图表中问题,与实验设计者探讨处理前言与讨论所存在的问题；3)由编辑汇总批注交流探讨信息和文字格式修改意见；4)交由执笔人进行全文修订。 |

| In order to improve the revising quality and efficiency, this paper recommended that journal editors should revise papers based on the information collected from communication with multiple authors of co-authored manuscripts. We think the following aspects should be considered:1) identify the right authors to communicate with and make a reasonable communication plan;2) communicate with different corresponding authors, such as with the experiment executor about the problems on materials, methods and original data, with the experiment mentor about the problems on analysis and charts, with the experiment designer about the problems on foreword and discussion;3) collect all the information from the communication and make an annotation;4) make annotations including communication information and recommendation on text and format in the article, and help the main author to revise the whole paper. |
