      高校学报与高校学科建设密切相关,高校专业科技期刊更与高校专业建设共生共荣。作为高校烹饪专业期刊,扬州大学《美食研究》伴随中国烹饪高等教育的起步、发展并走向成熟,烹饪专业期刊在树立扬州大学烹饪专业的品牌知名度、引领烹饪专业学科建设、充实烹饪专业教学科研队伍等方面发挥了重要推动作用,专业科技期刊与专业学科协同发展,为烹饪专业成功入选“国家级一流本科专业建设点”添薪加火。未来高校专业期刊在高校一流本科专业建设方面一定大有作为。
英文摘要:
      University journals are closely related to the discipline construction of colleges and universities, and the professional scientific journals of colleges and universities share the glory and dishonor with the professional construction of colleges and universities. As a journal of cuisine specialty in colleges and universities, The Journal of Researches on Dietetic Science for Yangzhou University has been accompanied by the beginning, development and maturity of higher education of cuisine in China. Culinary journal plays an important role in establishing the brand awareness of Yangzhou University’s Culinary Specialty, leading the construction of culinary discipline, enrich the teaching and scientific research team of cuisine discipline. The coordinated development of professional scientific journals and professional disciplines, which “add salary and fire” to the successful selection of culinary major into the national first-class undergraduate professional construction point. University professional journals will certainly make a great contribution to the construction of first-class undergraduate specialty in colleges and universities in the future.
