| University journals are closely related to the discipline construction of colleges and universities, and the professional scientific journals of colleges and universities share the glory and dishonor with the professional construction of colleges and universities. As a journal of cuisine specialty in colleges and universities, The Journal of Researches on Dietetic Science for Yangzhou University has been accompanied by the beginning, development and maturity of higher education of cuisine in China. Culinary journal plays an important role in establishing the brand awareness of Yangzhou University’s Culinary Specialty, leading the construction of culinary discipline, enrich the teaching and scientific research team of cuisine discipline. The coordinated development of professional scientific journals and professional disciplines, which “add salary and fire” to the successful selection of culinary major into the national first-class undergraduate professional construction point. University professional journals will certainly make a great contribution to the construction of first-class undergraduate specialty in colleges and universities in the future. |
