| Accurate application of medical statistics in medical scientific papers has become a direct factor affecting the academic quality of medical academic papers and journals. Improving the statistical accomplishment of young editors of medical journals is not only conducive to the editors’ professional growth, but also conducive to improving the academic quality of medical journals, cultivating high-quality authors, fully serving scientific research and enriching the connotation of editing. The influence factors of statistical accomplishment of young editors of medical journals mainly include school education, continuing education and practical application. The editorial department should guide young editors to attach importance to the cultivation of statistical accomplishment, and create a learning and practical environment; while young editors can improve their statistical accomplishment by connecting with the actual work to locate the learning focus, establishing learning portfolio, multi-way and multi-channel learning. |
