| 利用经济学基本理论分析科技学术期刊出版活动中的生产关系、供求关系和收益分配关系,并以此为依据探讨科技学术期刊OA出版未来趋势。科技学术期刊论文出版活动并不完全根据其中的生产关系进行收益分配,科研创新投入力度、人才评价制度、相关机构的态度是影响论文发表需求的主要驱动因素。全球科研协同创新发展的要求和OA运动是推动科技学术期刊OA出版的关键。科技学术期刊OA出版是全球科学技术前进的必然之路,科技学术期刊OA化进程不可阻挡,我国科技学术期刊应及时调整论文出版策略,助力期刊深化改革,培育世界一流科技学术期刊。 |

| Based on the basic theory of economics, this paper analyzes the relations of production, supply and demand, and income distribution in the publishing activities of scientific journals, and discusses the future trend of OA publishing. The income of scientific journals’ publishing is not distributed completely according to the production relationship, and the main driving factors affecting the paper publishing demand are the investment intensity of scientific research and innovation, the talent evaluation system and the attitude of relevant organizations. The requirement of collaborative innovation development of global scientific research and open access movement are the key to promote the publication of OA. OA publishing is the inevitable way for the advancement of global science and technology, and the process of OA publishing for scientific journals is unstoppable. China’s scientific journals should adjust the strategy of paper publishing in time, which is helpful for deepening the reform of journals, and cultivating world-class scientific academic journals. |
