| 旨在调研国内科技期刊数字出版及新媒体运营工作的现状,并探讨存在问题的根源及切实可行的发展方式。通过对中国知网中主题有“科技期刊+数字出版+路径”及“科技期刊+新媒体+路径”的文献进行检索和针对性阅读,对其主要观点进行概括:科技期刊必须坚持“内容为王”的核心工作,集群化、集约化发展是数字出版的必行之路,新媒体运营需多措并举,英文期刊过度依赖国外出版商将存在战略风险,科技期刊应强化数字版权保护意识。中国科技期刊想要得到更好发展,须适应时代的发展变化,有留住人才的机制和土壤；以集群化、集约化建设为手段,提升协同工作效能；不断拓宽、拓展新型运营策略。 |

| This paper aims to investigate current situation of digital publishing and new media operation of Chinese STM journals, and to explore the practical development trend. The authors searched and read the literature with the theme of “science and technology journal + digital publishing + path” and “science and technology journal + new media + path” in CNKI, and summarized the main points:1)STM journals must adhere to the core work of “content is the king”. 2) Cluster or intensive development is the inevitable way of digital publishing. 3) New media operation needs to take many measures at the same time. 4) There will be strategic risks in the excessive dependence of English journals on foreign publishers. 5) The awareness of digital copyright protection will germinate. We concluded that Chinese STM journals must adapt to the development and changes of the information era, have the mechanism to retain talents, and take the cluster and intensive construction as the means to improve the efficiency of collaborative work. |
