| 在集约化办刊的背景下,运用现代科技手段来提高管理水平成为一种必然选择。文章从问卷调查收集期刊管理存在的共性问题入手,对期刊集约化管理的重点环节进行了针对性的研究,开发了管理系统,探索从投稿到稿酬发放的全周期集约化管理。本研究的创新点在于基于流程管理的科学化、精细化、透明化,设计开发了管理系统。 |

| In the context of intensive operation, using modern technology to improve journal management has become an inevitable choice. This article starts with the questionnaire survey to collect common problems in journal management, conducts targeted research on the key links of journal intensive management, develops a management system, and explores the full-cycle intensive management from submission to publication. The innovation of this research lies in designing and developing a management system based on scientific, refined and transparent process management. |
