| 学术期刊融媒体出版对优化采编工作各环节提出新要求,实现基本流程数字化是大势所趋。基于时效性和数字化需求,电子录用证明逐渐为有关单位所接受。本文梳理相关研究,结合实例提出一种简便高效低门槛的电子录用证明开具方式,既有利于编辑部流程管理,又有利于作者高效获取,从而有效保证稿件处理时效性。针对开具过程中的法律风险与注意事项,提出行之有效的应对措施。 |

| New requirements are proposed for optimizing all aspects of editing work by convergence media publication in academic journals, and it is the general trend to realize the digitalization of basic processes. Because of the demands of timeliness and digitalization, digital acceptance certificate is gradually accepted by related institutions. We summarized relevant researches and proposed a simple, efficient and low-threshold method based on examples, which is not only conducive to the process management of editorial department, but also conducive to the efficient acquisition of authors, thus effectively ensuring the timeliness of manuscript processing. Moreover, we put forward effective countermeasures on legal risks and matters needing attention during the process of invoicing. |
