| 沟通是科技期刊编辑的重要工作之一。将“非暴力沟通”应用在编辑与作者的沟通中,通过不带评论的观察、诚实表达自己的感受并体察对方的感受、提出需要并倾听对方的需要,以及提出请求,来完成和谐良好的沟通。“非暴力沟通”既要注重语言方式的运用,也要遵循尊重、倾听的原则。“非暴力沟通”可使编辑提高工作效率,减轻工作压力,也为科技期刊长期发展注入动力。 |

| Communication is an important work for scientific journal editors. In this paper, “Nonviolent Communication” is applied to the communication of editors and authors, such as observation without comments, honestly expressing feelings, understanding each other’s feelings, listening to each other’s needs. “Nonviolent Communication” can improve editors’ work efficiency, reduce work pressure, and add power to the long-term development of scientific journals. |
