| 作为医学研究论文伦理审查的最后防线,“基因编辑婴儿”事件给医学期刊敲响了警钟,必须加强对医学研究论文的伦理审查。编辑伦理素养高低影响着期刊伦理审查水平,应按照了解基本的伦理理论、掌握基本的伦理原则、熟悉基本的伦理规范、关注最新医疗技术的伦理要求等基本要求,并通过提升编辑内在素养、改善外部环境、加强编辑伦理实践等相关途径提升编辑伦理素养。 |

| As the last defense line of medical research papers’ ethical review, medical journals were warned by Gene-editing Baby Event, which require editors must strengthen the ethical review of medical research papers. The journal ethical review level was closely related with the editor’s ethical quality, which should be improved in accordance with understanding the basic ethical theory, mastering the basic ethical principles, knowing the basic ethical norms, and following the ethical requirements of the latest medical technology. We think that the improvement of editor’s ethical review level could be achieved by enhancing the internal quality, improving the external environment, and strengthening the ethical practice. |
