| 由教育部和科技部联合印发的《关于规范高等学校SCI论文相关指标使用 树立正确评价导向的若干意见》,要求破除论文“SCI至上”的评价导向,建立科学的评价体系,这将对我国科技期刊的发展产生深远的影响。本文通过分析该文件印发的背景、给科技期刊带来的挑战与机遇,提出科技期刊在破除论文“SCI至上”的背景下应注重扩大学术影响力,塑造良好的学术声誉；回归期刊出版本质,服务科学研究；开放办刊,与国际接轨,建设一流科技期刊。 |

| Opinions on standardizing the use of SCI paper related indicators in universities and establishing a correct evaluation orientation was issued by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science and Technology. The document requires breaking the evaluation guidance of “SCI first”,establishing a scientific evaluation system. We think this document will have a profound impact on the development of scientific journals. This paper analyzes the background of its publication, the challenges and opportunities it brings to sci-tech journals, and finally puts forward related strategies on how to develop first-class scientific journals. |
