| 同行评议是学术质量控制的有效手段,而同行评议中审稿人的知识隐藏行为严重影响科技期刊的学术质量和出版周期。本文以《东南大学学报(自然科学版)》为例,分别选取160篇稿件和11位审稿专家进行横向和纵向同行评议数据统计,从拒绝审稿、拖延审稿、无效审稿、邀约无回应4方面对审稿人的知识隐藏行为进行定量分析,并重点针对提高送审精准匹配率提出技术性应对措施,如:利用思维导图梳理送审思路、创建智能审稿专家遴选系统提高匹配度、通过学术科研类微信公众号辅助遴选审稿专家。 |

| Peer review is an effective means for academic quality control, and the knowledge hiding behavior of reviewers in peer review seriously affects the academic quality and publication cycle of scientific journals. Taking Journal of Southeast University (Natural Science Edition) as an example, this paper selected 160 manuscripts and 11 reviewers to conduct horizontal and vertical peer review data statistics, respectively. We made the quantitative analyses of the reviewer’s knowledge hiding behavior from the aspects of refusing to review, delaying review, invalid review and no response to invitation. In addition, we proposed technical countermeasures for the accurate matching rate of the submission for review, such as combing the ideas of submission for review with mind maps, creating an intelligent reviewer selection system to improve the matching degree, and assisting the selection of reviewers through academic research class WeChat public account. |
