| 通过实例从已得到公认的调查工具和自行编制的调查工具2方面,探讨医学期刊编辑在稿件审理、稿件退修及编辑加工过程中对论文调查工具的审核要点,分析其存在问题的原因,并提出对策。对于调查研究类稿件,医学期刊编辑应对调查工具可能存在的问题进行全面审核,重点包括调查工具的研究主题和目标人群是否与本研究一致,调查工具是否进行了信度和效度评价及其结果是否理想,调查工具如何赋分及其评价标准,调查工具编制过程是否规范,信度和效度评价时样本量等,以保证研究的真实性和结果的科学性。选择调查工具是医学期刊横断面调查类稿件审核的关键点之一,需要引起作者和医学期刊编辑的高度重视。 |

| We discussed the review points of the editors of medical journals on the survey tools in the process of manuscript review, manuscript retreat, and editing and processing, and further analyzed the causes of the problems from the aspects of the well-recognized survey tool and the self-made survey tool, and gave the countermeasures. For survey manuscripts, the editors of medical journals should conduct a comprehensive review of possible problems in the survey tool, including whether the research theme and target population of the survey tool are consistent with this study, whether the survey tool has been evaluated for reliability and validity and whether the results are satisfactory, how to assign the survey tools and their evaluation criteria, whether the survey tool preparation process is standardized, and the sample size when evaluating the reliability and validity, etc., to ensure the authenticity of the research and the scientificity of the results. Choosing survey tools is one of the key points for reviewing cross-sectional survey manuscripts in medical journals, which needs to be highly valued by authors and the editors of medical journals. |
