| 视频科技期刊是以音、视结合文字对科学研究过程的全新展现模式。本文介绍国外视频学术期刊发展历程,以及国内中华医学会第一本视频杂志——《中华心血管病杂志(网络版)》的创办、出版、运营情况。结合实践对视频期刊发展中面临的一些共性问题进行探讨,分析了视频科技期刊在政策环境、版权管理、技术规范、检索与评价、隐私保护、商业模式等方面的政策支撑和生态建立。 |

| Scientific video journals are a new mode of presentation of the research process by combining audio and visual text. This article introduces the development process of foreign video academic journals, as well as the establishment, publication and operation of the first video magazine sponsored by Chinese Medical Association in China:Chinese Video Journal of Cardiology. Combined with practice, we discussed some common problems faced in the development of video journals , analyzed the policy support and ecological establishment of scientific video journals in policy environment, copyright management, technical specifications, retrieval and evaluation, privacy protection, business model. |
