| 通过案例和理论阐述,以《矿物冶金与材料学报(英文版)》的编委会组建过程实践为例,剖析高校主办英文科技期刊编委会组建过程的原则、方法、特点和优势,提出了加强编委会建设的主要举措,并对编委会组建和管理过程中遇到的问题进行了反思和总结。高校主办英文科技期刊应该明确自身的特色和定位,充分发挥学校自身的优势,加强编委分类管理,实现精准施策,才能组建和有效管理一支国际化、高水平的编委会。 |

| Based on case study and theoretical analysis of International Journal of Minerals, Metallurgy and Materials, we proposed the principles, methods, characteristics, and advantages of the editorial board establishment of English scientific journals sponsored by universities. We also introduced the main measures to strengthen the editorial board management, and summarized the problems encountered in the process of the editorial board establishment and management, which can provide references for other corresponding English scientific journals. English scientific journals sponsored by universities should make their own characteristics and positioning clear, give full play to their own advantages and resources, strengthen the classified management to effectively establish and manage an international and high-level editorial board. |
