| 当前,以论文代写代发为主要业务的学术期刊“代理”网站层出不穷,为全面了解我国科技期刊“代理”网站的分布与特点,本文以2019年版《中国科技期刊引证报告(核心版)自然科学卷》中2 073种期刊为样本,将“百度”搜索结果首页的内容作为调研对象,结果显示超过90%的中国科技核心期刊在检索结果首页能检出“代理”网站,且多具有广告性质。鉴于此类网站具有较高的反监管意识,本文认为应通过作者、期刊、监管单位等多方合力,加大对“代理”网站的打击力度,净化中国学术环境,保护科技期刊和科技工作者的权益。 |

| Currently “agent” websites whose main business are ghostwriting and contributing papers emerge in an endless stream. In order to fully understand the distribution and characteristics of “agent” websites of domestic scientific journals, we take 2 073 core journals covered in Chinese S&T Journal Citation Reports (Natural Science, 2019) as samples and take the first home-page contents of Baidu search results as objects. Our results showed that over 90% of the results are “agent” websites, and most of them are advertisement. In view of the specific feature of this kind of websites, which is high anti-regulation, we think the cooperation of authors, journals and regulatory authorities is quite urgent and necessary. May be only through intensify the crackdown of “agent” websites to purify academic environment in China and protect the rights and interests of Chinese journals and researchers. |
