| 为探求科技期刊如何紧跟学术前沿获取优秀稿源,以及期刊质量提升对科研及产业发展的反向作用,以《大连海洋大学学报》为例,采用挖掘行业新亮点、关注领军人物、参加学术会议、走访实验室、利用校企创新平台及校友企业家等方式策划选题,邀约优质稿件,提升刊物学术水平。结果表明,科技及产业创新能促进科技期刊提高学术影响力,期刊质量提升同样也会逆向助力科研及产业发展,科技期刊与科技和产业创新之间可以相互促进、同步发展。 |

| In order to explore how to keep up with the academic frontier to obtain excellent manuscript sources of scientific journals and the reverse effect of the quality improvement of scientific journals on the development of scientific research and industries, we took Journal of Dalian Ocean University as an example to discuss how to improve journal’s quality. We took measures such as exploring new highlights in the industries, paying attention to the leading figures, participating in academic conferences, visiting laboratories, using school-enterprise innovation platforms and alumni entrepreneurs to plan topics, inviting high-quality manuscripts, and improving publications academic levels. Our results show that technological and industrial innovation will promote scientific journals to increase their academic influence, and the improvement of journal’s quality will also reversely help scientific research and industrial development. Scientific journals and the innovations of technology and industry can promote each other and develop simultaneously. |
