| 基于部分优秀期刊的做法与笔者的工作体会，从提升、推广、求新等角度提出当前时代背景下非“卓越计划”科技期刊拓展稿源的思考。提升主要指提升服务质量，可以从提升投稿体验与编校质量等方面入手；推广主要指实现服务的手段，可以从立足主办单位进行有效宣传推广、面向全国进行精准宣传推广、丰富宣传媒介等方面入手；求新主要指更新办刊思路，本质是为了更好地服务，可以从优质的知识服务、知识新闻-文献协同传播、错位竞争等方面入手。 |

| Based on the practice of some excellent journals and the author’s experience, some considerations were proposed for contribution expansion of journals not selected into the Excellence Action Plan for Chinese Sci-Tech Journals under the current background, from the aspects of promotion, extension and innovation. Promotion mainly means promoting the service quality, and can be proceeded from the aspects of promoting the experience of contribution and edit qualities. Extension is the means for realizing service, and can be proceeded from the aspects of effective propagandizing and popularizing based on the host unit, precise propagandizing and popularizing on a national scale, enriching the propaganda media. Innovation mainly means updating the publication thought, with the nature of doing better service, it can be proceeded from the aspects of good knowledge service, synergistic transmission of knowledge news and papers, different niche competition. |
