| 通过简要梳理近年来国外学术出版道德建设相关的进展和经验,以及科学共同体所面临的科研不端行为、发表论文的质量参差不齐和掠夺性期刊等方面挑战,可以发现我国虽然面临许多同样的问题,但科技社团和期刊等有关方面采取的对策相对比较有限。通过参考和分析国外相关实践活动的主要特点和影响,探讨我国科技期刊如何通过编辑政策和流程的改革创新,增进与有关管理部门、科研机构和企业合作等,加强学术出版道德建设,并在促进提高科学研究质量和加强科研诚信建设方面发挥更加积极的作用。 |

| The paper briefly introduces the progress and experiences of promoting scholarly publication ethics in overseas, analyzes challenges for the research community confronted in aspects of research misconduct, variant quality of scientific publications, and predatory journals, which reveals the comparative deficiency of countermeasures taken by scholarly societies and journals in China. By analyzing the characteristics and impact of relevant practices, the paper further explores the strategies that Chinese scholarly publication community can take to enhance publication ethics practices, including improving editorial policies and procedures, and strengthening cooperation with government agencies, research institutions and business. |
