| 以32种综合性农业科学类中文核心期刊为研究对象,调查2019年1月1日至2020年7月15日发表的论文中“国家科技计划项目”4个计划类型的标注情况,包括标注项目数量、时效性、名称表述、计划类型串用等,找出存在问题,并据此提出对策。结果表明:1)32种期刊共搜索到国家科技计划项目论文307篇,总共标注389个国家科技计划项目；244篇仅挂1个国家科技计划项目的论文占79.5%,有15篇论文标注3~4个国家科技计划项目；2)307篇论文所挂的389个项目中,立项后5年内投稿的占78.1%,立项第6年及之后投稿的占21.9%,18个项目在立项第8年及之后才投稿；3)国家科技计划项目不同计划类型的表述不规范、不统一,尤其是2016年设立的国家重点研发计划错误标注情况较为严重。建议项目主管部门对国家科技计划项目的规范表述作出明确要求,期刊管理部门和行业协会及时普及各类项目的编号规范,期刊编辑熟练掌握项目编号规范并严格审核把关。 |

| Taking 32 Chinese Core Journals of comprehensive agricultural sciences as investigation object,we investigated the expression of NSTP in papers published in the period of January 1, 2019 to July 15, 2020, including the number of marked projects, timeliness, name expression, program type serialization, etc.,our results showed that:1) A total of 307 papers of NSTP were found in 32 journals, with 389 NSTP marked, and 244 papers were only marked with one NSTP, accounting for 79.5%, and 15 papers were marked with 3-4 NSTP. 2) Among the 389 projects marked by 307 papers, 78.1% of the 389 projects were submitted within 5 years after approved and initiated, 21.9% were submitted only after the sixth year of project approval. 3) The description of different types of NSTP was not standardized and unified, especially the National Key R & D Program of China set up in 2016 was more serious. Our suggestions as the following:1) The project management department should make clear requirements for the specification of NSTP. 2) Academic journal management department and industry association should popularize the numbering standards of all kinds of research project in time. 3) Academic journal editors should be familiar with the numbering standards of research project and examine strictly. |
