| 为了说明“双一流”建设背景下高校学报与学科发展、人才培养相互促进、相辅相成的关系,通过列举统计数据和具体事例,阐明高校学报能够促进学科建设、引领学科发展,服务专业人才、加速人才成长,同时学科建设和人才培养也能够促进高校学报特色的形成以及凝聚专家团队。最后指出高校学报应充分利用“双一流”建设的契机,与学科、人才协调发展,为学校“双一流”建设服务。 |

| To explain the relationship of university journals and discipline development, talent cultivation under the background of “Double First-Class” construction,the method of enumerating statistical data and concrete examples is adopted. It is pointed out that university journals can promote discipline construction, lead discipline development, serve professional talents and accelerate talent growth, and meanwhile, discipline construction and talent cultivation can also promote the formation of characteristics of journals and gather expert teams,university journals should make full use of the opportunity of “Double First-Class” construction, develop in harmony with disciplines and talents, and serve for the “Double First-Class” construction. |
