中文摘要:
      医药卫生期刊广告大多涉及药品、医疗器械等,关乎人民健康和生命安危,必须遵循《广告法》及相关法律法规。但目前仍存在未获得广告发布许可或许可过期现象,以及刊发的广告图文不规范等问题。本文提出了医药卫生期刊要掌握广告相关法律法规、严格广告审查内容、建立广告审查制度和审查程序等对策,以期解决医药卫生期刊广告存在的问题。
英文摘要:
      Most advertisements in medical and health journals are related with people’s health and safety, and are very important in complying with relevant laws and regulations. However, some medical and health journals publish advertisements while these journals do not have the permission for advertising or the advertising graphics are not standard. In order to solve the problems existing in the advertisements of medical scientific journals, we suggest the following countermeasures:1) mastering the laws and regulations related to advertisements; 2) strictly controlling the contents of advertisement examination; 3) establishing the system and procedure of advertisement examination; 4) separation of editing and operation.
