| 当前,部分科技期刊编辑认为提高政治素养是党员的事,是领导干部的事,是机关公务人员的事,对于一般的科技期刊编辑,离得太远,够不到、摸不着。为此,本文从提高政治素养是政治责任和政治任务,有助于培养高尚的精神境界和保持良好的精神状态,是时代发展的迫切需要和拒腐防变的现实需要3个角度出发,阐述了科技期刊编辑提高政治素养的重要意义。从目标方向、措施办法、学用结合3个方面剖析了存在的问题及原因。结合科技期刊编辑的工作实践,从“挖掘亮点——关注时政要闻,推动期刊发展；改正缺点——坚持学用结合,切实改正科技期刊编辑政治素养不够的缺点；打牢基点——紧盯问题整改,保持科技期刊编辑的政治敏锐性；抬高起点——注重借力打力,实现科技期刊编辑与作者政治素养双提升”4个方面阐述了提高政治素养的具体方法,进而提高科技期刊编辑的政治理论素养,提升科技期刊的综合影响力。 |

| At present, some scientific journal editors think that it is the party members’ business, the leading cadres’ business and the public servants’ business to improve political literacy, and it is far away for general scientific journal editors. This paper expounds the significance of improving political literacy for scientific journal editors from three aspects:1) it is a political responsibility and a political task; 2) it is helpful to cultivate a noble spiritual realm and maintain a good mental state, and 3) it is the urgent need of the development of the times and the realistic need of resisting corruption in scientific research. This paper analyzes the existing problems and reasons from the three aspects of goal direction, measures and combination of learning and application. Combining with the work practice of scientific journal editors, this paper expounds the specific methods to improve the political literacy from four aspects:1) digging out the bright spot:paying attention to the current political news, promoting the development of journals; 2) correcting the shortcomings:persisting in the combination of learning and application, effectively correcting the shortcomings of the lack of political literacy of scientific journal editors; 3) laying a solid foundation:focusing on the rectification of problems, maintaining the political sensitivity of scientific journal editors; 4) raising the starting point:pay attention to the promotion of the political literacy of editors and authors of scientific journals, so as to improve the political theory literacy of scientific journal editors and enhance the comprehensive influence of scientific journals. |
