| 我国长期存在科研人员将优质稿件发表在国外期刊的现象,作为学术共同体的一部分,期刊出版单位要切实承担起办刊人的责任,留住优质稿源。本文以中医药学科期刊为例,介绍科技期刊工作者可以通过宣传论文发表在国内期刊的利好政策,弘扬科学家的家国情怀,培育优秀作者团队,宣传国内科技期刊,提升期刊建设和编辑出版能力等措施引导我国科研人员将研究成果发表在国内期刊,进一步吸引全世界的优秀稿件,发表全球顶级科研成果。 |

| In order to reverse the long-term phenomenon of Chinese scientific researchers publishing high-quality manuscripts in foreign journals, journal publishing units should take the responsibility to retain the high-quality manuscripts. Taking traditional Chinese medicine journals as an example, this article introduces the favorable policies that sci-tech journalists can use to promote papers published in domestic journals, promote scientists’ home and country feelings, cultivate excellent author teams, broadcast domestic scientific journals, and improve journal construction and editing capability. Those measures mentioned above may guide Chinese scientific researchers to publish research results in domestic journals, which can even attract excellent manuscripts from all around the world, and China’s journals could publish the world’s top scientific research results. |
