| “不谋全局者,不足以谋一域”,陈浩元的“科技期刊金字塔论”蕴含系统思维,有助于对科技期刊发展道路的整体把握。从系统思维来看中国特色科技期刊发展道路是一项复杂的、具有多层次结构的、动态的、开放的系统工程。办好一流科技期刊,建设中国特色科技期刊强国要尊重科技期刊的发展规律,深化我国科技期刊供给侧结构性改革,贯彻新发展理念,推动科技期刊高质量发展,一流科技期刊与非一流科技期刊两手都要抓；并且要处理好中英文科技期刊分工；构建中国科技期刊国际学术话语权。 |

| “Those who do not plan the whole situation are not enough to plan a domain”. Pyramid theory of scientific journals contains systematic thinking, which helps to grasp the development path of scientific journals as a whole. The road of building scientific journals with Chinese characteristics should respect the law of scientific journal development, deepen the supply-side structural reform of China’s scientific journals, implement the new development concept, promote the high-quality development of journals. Both first-class and non-first-class scientific journals should be grasped with both hands; and the division of labor between Chinese and English scientific journals should be dealt with and sorted out. |
