| 科技创新是当今全球学界热词,并驱动科技期刊创新转型。在创新发展模式下,本文对科技期刊创新体系中的关键角色进行了较为全面的系统梳理。指出科技期刊在履行其核心功能的过程中,以决策者、研究者、科技期刊编辑部、高等院校和科研机构、用户(读者)等参与者为代表的关键角色,在其创新体系中将发挥更加多元的作用:决策者通过政策奖励和科研评价引导和团结其他角色,以研究者为中心,科技期刊编辑部为纽带,高等院校和科研机构为人才培育的摇篮和成果转化的主力,读者作为受益者及检验者应用和反馈创新成果。强调处于不同生态位的这些角色紧密相连、协同共生,发挥各自资源优势,灵活多元化转换角色,共同推进知识生产、传播和应用。 |

| Scientific and technological innovation is a hot word in today’s global academic circles, which drives the innovation and transformation of scientific journals. Under the innovation development mode, this paper systematically analyzes the key roles of scientific journals in the innovation system. We think in the process of publication and dissemination, the key roles represented by decision-makers, researchers, journal editorial departments, universities and research institutions, and readers play more diverse roles in the innovation system. Moreover, we propose that researchers are the center, editorial departments act as the link, universities and research institutions are the cradle of talent cultivation and the main force of achievement transformation, decision-makers play guide and unite other roles, readers are the beneficiaries and inspectors who apply and feedback innovative achievements. We think the roles in different niches are closely linked and co-existed, which give full play to their respective resource advantages, flexibly and diversely change their roles, and jointly promote the production, dissemination and application of knowledge. |
