| 撤稿是为了纠正错误,净化学术环境。虽然国内外的出版机构也制定了相应的撤稿流程指南,但国内科技学术期刊并未严格按照指南进行撤稿,各大数据库的撤稿流程也各不相同,因此学术期刊需进一步提高撤稿意识,规范撤稿流程。本文通过解读国内外撤稿指南,分析国内学会和编辑部具体撤稿措施,梳理国内知名文献数据库的撤稿流程,提出关于完善学术期刊撤稿流程规范化建设的措施,供国内期刊编辑参考。 |

| The purpose of retraction is to correct the errors and purify academic environments. Although domestic and foreign publishing organizations have also formulated retraction guidelines, but domestic academic journals generally don’t withdraw the manuscript in strict accordance with the guidelines, and the retraction process of domestic academic databases is different. Based on analyzing the retraction guidelines at home and abroad, we put forward some measures to improve the standardization of withdrawal process of academic journal. |
