| 非“卓越计划”科技期刊是我国科技期刊总体结构布局中不可或缺的组成部分。文章以《应用声学》为例,分析了该刊服务国家科技创新发展的作用,如推进学科发展、加快科研成果转化以及帮助青年人才快速成长；并基于办刊实践,给出了该刊服务国家科技创新发展的4个具体举措,包括以“四个面向”战略部署为指引,灵活调整报道重点；聚焦交叉学科研究成果；重视审稿专家意见；着力提升发稿时效；以期为我国科技期刊整体均衡发展、良性发展提供参考。 |

| The non-“Excellence Plan” scientific journals are an indispensable part of the overall structure of scientific journals in China. Taking Journal of Applied Acoustics as an example, the paper analyzes the role of this kind journal in serving national scientific and technological innovation and development, such as promoting the development of disciplines, accelerating the transformation of scientific research results, and helping young talents to grow rapidly. For serving national scientific and technological innovation and development, we propose the following four specific measures based on the practice of running the journal:1) taking the “Four Orientations” strategic deployment as the guidance and flexibly adjusting the reporting focus, 2) focusing on interdisciplinary research results, 3) paying attention to the reviewers’ opinions, and 4) improving the publishing timeliness. |
