| 通过解读科睿唯安2020全球研究报告中对研究者、期刊、研究机构、基金部门与索引数据库5类利益相关者(部门)要承担的12项独立或共同责任分工明细表,并结合目前国内外正在讨论的一些诚信规范及办刊过程中的实际问题,重点分析讨论了学术期刊在科研与出版过程中要承担的11项责任及与其他4类利益相关者(部门)间责任的契合关系:期刊的11项责任中2项为独立责任；8项与研究者共同担责(含1项期刊、研究者、索引数据库3方共同担责)；1项与研究机构、基金部门和索引数据库4方共同担责。其目的是通过透明解读,理解学术期刊对科研诚信要承担并履行的具体责任。 |

| Through the interpretation of 2020 global research report from Clarivate focusing on the 12 independent or shared responsibilities among researchers, publishers, institutions, funders, and database providers, and combined with several integrity standards currently being discussed domestic and overseas together with the practical issues in running academic journals, we analyze and discuss the 11 responsibilities held by academic journals in scientific research and publication as well as the relationships between journals and the other four departments. Among these 11 responsibilities, two issues are held independently by journals; eight shared with researchers (including one shared with both researchers and database providers); one shared with institutions, funders, and database providers. We aim to understand academic journals’ specific responsibilities for research integrity form the perspective of transparent interpretation. |
