| 本文对中国知网、万方数据库中检索到的撤稿声明进行逐条字段标记,以撤稿原因为主轴,对撤稿时序、撤稿驱动主体等进行交叉统计分析,并对中国知网、万方数据库的撤稿声明收录和原文处理情况进行比较研究,发现国内期刊撤稿特征表现为学术不端撤稿占比最大,学术不端撤稿隐性集中爆发风险大,作者驱动撤稿最多,数据库撤稿处理不规范。在此基础上为期刊、数据库的相关建设提出针对性的对策及建议:期刊的撤稿声明要明确撤稿原因,对作者自行撤稿行为应高度关注并加强监管,还需规范撤稿调查处理流程且做到科学有据；国内数据库要加强撤稿的规范化建设。 |

| There is an urgent need to pay attention to the retraction of Chinese journals, and avoid the occurrence of large-scale vicious retraction incidents. Taking retraction reasons as the main axis, this paper makes a cross statistical analysis on the revocation time, retraction driving subjects and retraction journal categories. Meanwhile, the retractions statements and original papers searched from CNKI database and “Wanfang Data” database were compared. We found some performance characteristics of domestic retractions, such as the largest number of academic retractions, the hidden concentration of the outbreak risk, the retractions of the authors, and the irregular handling of retractions, etc. On this basis, this article proposes for the construction of domestic journals and academic databases:be sure to clarify the reason for the retraction, journals should pay close attention to authors’ self-retraction behavior and strengthen supervision, journals need to standardize the process of investigation and processing of retracted manuscripts to be scientifically and well-founded, domestic databases should strengthen the standardized construction of retracted manuscripts to avoid mis-cite and mis-use of retracted papers. |
