| “唯论文”“SCI至上”导向严重阻碍中文科技期刊的发展。中文科技期刊应服务于我国科技创新,服务于中国经济建设与社会发展需求。在新时代中国特色社会主义文化建设中,期刊人肩负着推动科技期刊强国建设的时代使命和历史责任。本文就如何办好中文科技期刊,从文化自信视角,分析期刊人文化自信的内涵及文化自信缺失的表现,然后从出版导向、中国特色科研评价体系、融合发展、办刊人才培养等方面进行思考、提出建议,以期通过增强期刊人文化自信来推动科技期刊高质量发展。 |

| Scientific journals should not only serve scientific and technological innovation, but also serve the needs of China’ economic and social development. In the construction of the culture on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, journalists shoulder the epochal mission and historical responsibility of promoting the construction of a powerful country in the publication of scientific journals. From the perspective of editor’s cultural confidence, this paper analyzes the connotation of journalists’ cultural confidence and the performance of their lack of cultural confidence, so as to figure out how to run Chinese journals. And, in order to promote the high-quality development of scientific journals through enhancing journalists’ cultural confidence, we propose suggestions from the perspective of publishing orientation, scientific research evaluation system with Chinese characteristics, integrative development, cultivation of talented editors and so on. |
