| Young editor is the main force and the most active production factor of scientific journals. Under the background of Excellent Action Plan, scientific journals should pay attention to promoting the political consciousness of young editors, cultivating their social responsibility, improving the scientific literacy and promoting them to change to scholar editors, cultivating young editors’ media integration thinking, improving their compound skills, and contributing to the high-quality development of scientific journals in China. |
