编辑人才是培育世界一流科技期刊的活力源泉和支撑力量。相对于单个编辑部的编辑人才队伍建设,集团化科技期刊的编辑人才队伍规模、培养方法、管理模式都会有很大不同。煤科总院出版传媒集团自成立以来,按照现代企业管理模式,基于人才引领期刊发展这一理念,坚持“人才强刊+自主培养”的发展战略,实施“专人专责+岗位成才”的培养模式,创建“制度先行+文化推动”的发展环境。通过实施岗位管理,丰富岗位种类、完善制度体系建设、优化人力资源配置、重视绩效考核、健全人才培养机制,积极探索有利于期刊做强做优的办刊模式,实现了期刊与编辑人才协同发展,初步探索出了一条集团化期刊编辑人才队伍建设的特色发展之路。 |

Editorial talents are the source of vitality and support for cultivating the world-class scientific journals. Compared with the talents team construction of a single editorial department, the scale of talents team, training methods and management mode of collectivize journals are different. Based on the concept of talents leading the development of journals, the Publishing and Media Group of CCRI has adhered to the development strategy of “strengthening the journal of talents + independent training” carried out the training mode of “making everyone an expert + post success”, and created the development environment of “system first + cultural promotion”. Moreover, in order to explore a characteristic development road for the construction of collectivize journals editorial talents team, we implement post management, enrich job types, optimize the allocation of human resources, pay attention on performance appraisal and editorial talents training mechanism. |
