| 受开放科学思想影响,传统的同行评议模式正在发生变革,开放同行评议自首次提出至今走过了40个年头,现已被越来越多的期刊所接受并应用,时值我国加快建设中国品牌的世界一流科技期刊之际,对开放同行评议的系统回顾与展望有着重要的现实意义。本文通过对现行的开放同行评议模式进行梳理总结,根据不同模式的特点概括为完全开放式同行评议、透明同行评议以及开放评论式同行评议三种模式,三种模式各有优劣,进而指出当前制约开放同行评议发展的关键因素和未来可能的发展方向,以期为国内期刊推行开放同行评议等提供必要的参考或借鉴依据。 |

| Influenced by the idea of open science,the traditional peer review model is changing,the open peer review has been 40 years since open peer review was first proposed, and it"s been accepted and applied by more and more journals.At a time when China is accelerating the construction of world-class sci-tech periodicals with Chinese brands, it is of great practical significance to review and look forward to the opening of peer review.In this paper, the existing open peer review models are sorted out and summarized. According to the characteristics of different models, there are three models: completely open peer review, transparent peer review and peer review of public open comments. Each of the three models has its advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the paper points out the key factors restricting the development of open peer review and the possible development direction in the future, in order to provide reference for domestic journals to implement open peer review. |
