| 以《中南大学学报(自然科学版)》的办刊实践为例,提出培育中国特色世界一流科技期刊中“三段共振”的全流程模式,即前段一流学者办刊,提升稿源质量；中段卓越编辑敬业,打造精品论文；后段先进技术赋能,拓展传播路径。一流学者编委、一流编辑素养和一流出版技术全程参与期刊出版过程,但各有侧重,分别围绕优质稿源、编辑校对和数字传播,前后紧密衔接、和谐共振,打通了限制期刊发展的堵点,为期刊带来数据库收录、专业认可和优质稿源等多角度的认可。 |

| A whole process mode of “three-stage resonance”, suggested by the Journal of Central South University (Science and Technology),was put into practice in developing the world first-class scientific journals with Chinese characteristics. First-class scholars actively participate in activity of the journal to ensure high quality submissions at the first stage, dedicated editors compile high quality paper in the second stage, and advanced publishing technologies provide broader dissemination and communication in the third stage. The first-class scholars, dedicated editors and advanced technology all participate in the whole process of periodical publishing, although each focus on different but closely relevant and sequential aspects including high quality submission, editing-proofreading and digital communication. The three-stage resonance model clears the barrier on the way of journal development and helps the journal be accepted by academic databases, recognized by professions and attract high-quality submissions. |
