| 开展学术活动是检验医学期刊发挥知识服务作用的重要抓手。文章结合期刊自身资源,通过座谈、访谈梳理调研行业受众参与学术服务活动的需求；并以检验医学期刊为平台,融合检验医学新媒体的技术优势,从行业热点把控、行业人才培养、“产学研用”共赢3方面进行学术活动的实践探索。结果表明,期刊平台、学科人才、产业发展三者相辅相成、共同提高,是推动学术服务活动不断完善和发展的重要动力,也是扩大期刊影响力、增强新媒体竞争力、促进媒体融合发展的重要举措。 |

| Carrying out academic activities is an important starting point for laboratory medicine journals to provide knowledge services. Based on our own resources, this paper sorted out and investigated the needs of those who participated in academic service activities through discussions and interviews,and taking the laboratory medicine journals as the platform, integrated the technical advantages of new media into this field, and relevant academic activities are practiced and explored from three aspects:industry hot topics, industry talent training and win-win situation of “production, education, research and application”. The results showed that the journal’s platform, academic talents and industrial development were three complementary parts, which are an important driving force for sustainable development of academic service activities, and was also an important measure to expand the influence of journals, enhance the competitiveness of new media, and promote the development of media convergence. |
