| 在中国科技期刊卓越行动计划的资助下,《陕西师范大学学报(自然科学版)》围绕多个学科、多个领域进行了专题出版实践与探索。其专题策划思路是,立足于多元化的学科群,围绕国家战略、面对现实问题、跟踪学术热点进行问题挖掘,通过开展多种形式的学术活动保障专题策划的成功。摸索出4种组稿方式,分别是作为国内高水平学术会议合作期刊出版平台、打破学科壁垒聚焦同一问题的跨学科组稿方式、主持人制调动编委的组稿方式以及学科编辑主动策划的组稿方式。专题出版成效显著,期刊有了更高的办刊定位,出版内容与组织方式实现了改变,同时办刊机制更为科学、组稿方式更加灵活、传播与服务能力明显提高。 |

| The Journal of Shaanxi Normal University (Natural Science Edition) has made many efforts on practice and exploration of special issue publication focusing on several subjects and research fields funded by the Excellent Action Plan of China Sci-tech Periodicals. Based on diversified subject groups, the responsible editors tried to find out topics that corresponding to the national developmental strategies, reflecting real problems and tracking academic hot topics. Different forms of academic activities were organized to ensure the success of the original plan. Four ways of soliciting contributions have been achieved through this project, including cooperating with high-level academic conferences, focusing on the same issues across multidisciplinary teams, encouraging editorial board members to soliciting manuscripts, and initiating special issue plan by subject editors. By doing these, remarkable results have been achieved, such as, a higher goal for the journal, improvement in the contents and compiling, more scientific publication mechanisms, a flexible way of soliciting contributions, and better capability in communication and service. |
