| 学术影响力是科技期刊生存和发展的根本。本文通过调研我国主办的100种科技期刊在优质稿源建设、高质量审稿、编辑出版、国际传播力建设等方面的具体做法,创新性地探讨处于不同发展阶段科技期刊面临的主要困境和提高影响力的策略。研究表明:创刊初期,应从争取优质稿件、提高识别度、组建高水平办刊团队等方面快速提升学术影响力；处于上升期的期刊,应立足中国实际,提高编辑策划与把关能力、提升开放办刊水平等；稳定期,应从加强学术引领能力、服务能力和运营水平等方面提升影响力；转型期应善于利用自身优势,走差异化办刊路线,向“专、精、特、新”发展。我国主办学术期刊应服务我国科技发展和科研需求,不断提升期刊的核心竞争力,走出一条中国特色一流期刊办刊之道。 |

| Academic influence is the foundation of the survival and development of scientific journals. By using literature research methods, investigations, and interviews etc., we investigate 100 scientific journals on the construction of high-quality manuscript sources, high-quality review, editing and publishing, and international communication capabilities. Through case research, we innovatively discuss the main difficulties of scientific journals at different development stages and strategies to improve their influence. It found that at the initial stage of the publication, the academic influence should be rapidly increased by recruiting high-quality manuscripts, improving recognition, and organizing a high-level publication team. Journals in the rising period should be based on Chinese actual conditions, and continuously improve the topic selection and monitoring, and the level of open publishing. In the stable period, the academic leadership, service, and independent management should be strengthened. In the transition period, the journals should use their own advantages, take a differentiate route, and persisting “professional, refined, special, and innovative”. The Chinese scientific journals should serve Chinese scientific development and scientific research needs, continuously improve the core competitiveness of journals, and find a way to first-class journals with Chinese characteristics. |
