| 建设科技期刊强国是提升我国科技话语权和文化软实力、适应创新型国家发展需要、支撑科技强国和文化强国建设的重要举措。意识是行为的先导,面对动荡、变革、竞争的世界格局,必须首先统一我国期刊人的意识观念,才能保证科技期刊强国建设的中国特色和正确方向。我国建设科技期刊强国的整体性、复杂性、国际性、协同性、艰巨性等特点,要求期刊人必须具备敏锐的政治意识、警觉的风险意识、自信的平视意识、勇毅的担当意识、坚定的初心意识和不辍的创新意识,走出一条中国特色科技期刊发展道路,为建设世界科技强国、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦作出更大贡献。 |

| Building the power of scientific journals is an important measure to enhance China’s scientific and technological discourse power and cultural soft power, meet the development needs of an innovative country, support the construction of a strong scientific and technological and cultural country. Consciousness is the forerunner of behavior. In the face of the world pattern of turbulence, change and competition, we must first unify the consciousness of our periodical people, so as to ensure the Chinese characteristics and the correct direction of the construction of the power of scientific journals. The integrity, complexity, internationality, coordination and arduousness of China’s construction of scientific journals power require that the periodical people must have keen political awareness, vigilant risk awareness, self-confident eye level awareness, a courageous sense of responsibility, a firm sense of initiative and a continuous sense of innovation, so as to walk out of a development path of scientific journals with Chinese characteristics, make greater contributions to building the power in science and technology and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. |
