| 科技期刊出版流程智能化已是大势所趋,科技期刊要把握机遇与挑战。以区块链、人工智能、大数据等技术运用为背景,结合科技期刊智能出版审校平台智能化、产品形态多元化和传播推送精准化的发展前景,分析科技期刊智能出版面临的现实困境,包括迫切需求与技术资源匮乏的冲突,创作传播与版权风险的冲突,以及精准推送与算法歧视的冲突。未来科技期刊智能出版需要将公平、安全、高效、精准等价值嵌入科技期刊智能化出版过程,从提升编辑素养、保护知识产权、参与算法优化等方面协同推进,从而为科技期刊的高质量发展赋予新动能。 |

| Smartening process has become an inevitable trend in the field of scientific journals publications, and also an opportunity and challenges for scientific journals. This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the prospect, challenges and developing strategies of smartened publication of scientific journals. Facilitated by extensive new technologies such as block chain, artificial intelligence, and big data, the continuous change of scientific journals publication, nowadays and in the near future, will almost certainly encompass the intelligentization of reviewing and proof-reading systems, the diversification of knowledge products, and the precise and appropriate dissemination techniques. Moreover, the major challenges and handicaps include the shortage of technological resources compared to the urgent needs, the extra copyright risk owing to faster content composition and dissemination, and the conflict between precise dissemination and algorithm discrimination. The further promotion of publication smartening will highly depend on the synergistic advancement of editors’ ability improvement, intellectual property protection, and algorithm optimization, which requires the scientific journals to embed the values of fairness, safety, efficiency and accuracy into the process of smartened publication. |
