| 在培育世界一流科技期刊的大背景下,高质量发展中国科技期刊被高度重视。本文以《网络新媒体技术》的办刊实践为例,探讨了新兴交叉领域的科技期刊为高质量发展而采取的一系列措施及成效。具体措施包括依托主办单位优势,策划专刊；跟踪学术热点,策划专栏,开设特色栏目；依托行业学会,加大组稿和宣传力度；深化媒体融合发展,加强传播能力建设；加强学习,提升编辑业务能力等,以此来提高学术质量和学术影响力。期待为我国新兴交叉领域的科技期刊的高质量发展提供参考和借鉴经验。 |

| Under the background of cultivating world-class scientific journals, high quality development of Chinese scientific journals attract great attention. Taking the practice of Journal of Network New Media Technology as an example, this paper discusses a series of measures and effects taken by the emerging cross-fields scientific journals for high-quality development. The specific measures include relying on the advantages of the sponsors, planning the special issues; following up hot academic topics, planning special columns and set up featured columns; relying on industry associations, increasing solicitation and publicity efforts; deepening the integrated development of media and strengthening communication capacity; enhancing learning and editing ability and so on. In order to improve academic quality and influence, it is expected to provide reference and experience for the high quality development of Chinese scientific journals in emerging cross-fields. |
