| 在科技创新引领发展的时代背景下,我国高质量论文数量不断增长,如何吸引更多的高质量原创性论文发表在国内期刊,以提升我国科技期刊的国际竞争力成为大家关注的焦点。本文以中国科技论文与引文数据库(CSTPCD)和科学引文索引(SCI)数据库为基础,分析近10年来,我国高质量原创性论文的产出和分布特点。研究发现:近10年来我国原创性科研成果不断增加,国内期刊承载量不断提升,高质量原创性论文作者以高校为主,国际合作对高质量原创性论文的产出有促进作用。为进一步提升我国科技期刊的影响力和竞争力,本文提出通过继续强化政策引导、推动基础学科领域期刊做精做强、加强国际合作和提升期刊运营水平等途径来吸引更多的高质量原创性论文发表在国内期刊,为提升我国科技竞争力和文化软实力做出贡献。 |

| Under the background of science and technology innovation leading development, the number of high-quality papers is increasing. How to attract more high-quality original papers to be published in domestic journals has become the focus of attention in order to improve the international competitiveness of Chinese science and technology journals. Based on the Chinese Scientific and Technical Papers and Citation Database (CSTPCD) and Science Citation Index (SCI), this paper analyzes the output and distribution characteristics of high-quality original papers in China in the past decade. The study found that in the past decade, China’s original scientific research achievements have been increasing, the carrying capacity of domestic journals continues to increase, the authors of high-quality original papers are mainly from universities, and international cooperation has promoted the output of high-quality original papers. In this paper, in order to further enhance the influence and competitiveness of sci-tech periodicals in China, we should continue to strengthen basic sciences policies to guide and promote the journals to become better and stronger, to strengthen international cooperation, and enhance the level of journal operations such as ways to attract more high quality original papers published in domestic journals, in order to promote our country science and technology competitiveness and to contribute to the cultural soft power. |
